Jade Hotel Hue

We had a great stay at Jade Hotel!!! Staffs are very very nice and friendly, thanks Oanh for helping us to book our trip to Hoi An . Breakfast was very tasty and fresh .

Air conditioning not working, sleepless nights. Finally switched my room the last morning and let me check out late so I can sleep. Then found bugs in the bed.

Critical understanding of hygiene on the part of management.

I booked a room from April 14 to 16. After a friendly and helpful check-in and leaving my luggage in my room, I went straight to sightseeing. Upon my return late in the evening, however, I discovered that my bed was infested with small animals.When I reported this to reception, I was shown five other rooms. Unfortunately, five out of six rooms had the same problem, and the sixth had a dirty sheet. Given these circumstances, I preferred not to spend a night in the hotel.The reception responded with understanding and of course no charge was made as the circumstances and non-use of the room required this in my view.The management, on the other hand, only responded to a separate, later message from me.As I had to book an alternative hotel room for the same night late in the evening, only more expensive hotels were available due to the short notice. My request for partial compensation for the additional costs was only responded to after several messages. The request was rejected, among other things with the argument that I could have stayed at the hotel and that it was my decision to leave the hotel. Furthermore, not charging me for half a day was cited as a generous gesture.This statement raises serious concerns about the management's understanding of hygiene. It is questionable that the management considers it acceptable to stay in a hotel where five out of six rooms have animals in the bed and the sixth has soiled sheets.To be clear at this point: This is not about the management's refusal, but about the management's reasoning, which indicates a questionable understanding.This is particularly regrettable as the reception team had previously tried to do everything right.According to my report, management has taken several measures to rectify this problem and says that these measures have been successful.

Welcoming staff, comfortable room, good value with nice breakfast included. Convenient location, walkable to the river boats and sites

Nice friendly staff and comfy clean room.

It was adequate for the price.

The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. They offer great advice for things to do and their prices are great. The housekeeping is always perfectly done. They make sure to have water when you leave on an excursion and when you come back. Breakfast is very good as well. Plenty of choice on top of a juice and fruit platter daily.

Our room didn't have a window.

Booking said check in at 12, but actually 2, arrived at 1 and told room.ready shortly, after waining for 20mmins and then chasing told room wouldn't be ready until.2 so go and get lunch. Breakfast ok

The staff on reception were fantastic. Always very helpful with a great big smile. Nothing was too much trouble even offering to arrange breakfast one morning for 5am when I had an early pick up.

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Room was great, clean, large and had everything I needed.

I had a window overlooking the street so it was a bit noisier than potentially other rooms but it didn't impact my sleep and I liked the view.

Very sweet and kind staff. Old world service. Big brekkie. Close to bus stop. Ez to walk around town.
